The Tools I Actually Use and Recommend
This is not a comprehensive list of every single thing that’s available to ADHD creatives. It’s the list of books, tools, and other supplies that I’ve used myself and like enough to recommend. Some of these items are ones I’ve used in the past, some I still use today. If I don’t like a book or product, you won’t see it here.
In each section, I’ve bolded one or two of the products. Those are the items that I recommend the most. If I had to choose just one, it would be that one.
Everything here has an affiliate link, so if you buy through it, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support FocusedonADHD.
BOOKS
*I highly recommend checking your local library for any or all of these titles. I don’t like very many apps, but I also highly recommend the Libby app for e-books and audiobooks. You connect to your local library through Libby and have access to thousands of books. I use it for audiobooks and love it.
